The m-tec® IIa is a compact unit including a 22 m³ pressure silo. The integrated system ensures dust-free, shock-free, continuous and efficient work on your construction site. The pumping capacity of the beton-dragon IIa can be quickly and easily adjusted to different parameters using a frequency converter.

Small silo system for efficient big bag processing
The m-tec® modul-S compact offers efficient and low-dust BigBag material processing – economical, user-friendly and, thanks to its low installation height, also ideal for applications where height restrictions – such as ceilings, roofs or driveways – make the use of conventional silos impossible.
Areas of application
In combination with mixing pumps or continuous mixers, the modul-S compact is suitable for a wide range of dry mortar applications – including 3D concrete printing or as a compact mini pump truck on a flatbed vehicle.
Scope of delivery
The modul-S compact comprises a small silo including a climbing screw for material discharge that can be operated via a control cabinet.
Options
For greater stability on uneven ground, the m-tec® modul-S compact is optionally available with silo planks; transfer hoods for large troughs of the processing machine.

The integrated screw conveyor is controlled via an intuitive control cabinet with rotary field detection and ensures reliable material transport. In combination with mixing pumps such as the duo-mix2000, a compact mini pump truck can be created that offers maximum flexibility on the construction site.

The use of big bags to fill the silo eliminates the time-consuming handling of bagged goods. This leads to considerable time and cost savings on the construction site.
Ease of use
The integrated control cabinet with rotary field detection via light signal enables simple and safe operation of the ascending screw.
