Printing and Spraying Heads

With years of experience in 3D concrete printing, three new m-tec® flow-matic printing and spraying heads have been developed, specifically for automation applications such as 3D concrete printing. In addition to their use in single-component material applications for 3D concrete printing, the m-tec® flow-matic spraying heads are also employed in automated systems in the coating industry, delivering the highest precision. The product range includes one m-tec® flow-matic printing head (flow-matic P1) and two m-tec® flow-matic spraying heads (flow-matic S1 & S1F), which can be easily mounted on almost any automation robot. The pinch valve is controlled via signals from an external system, such as a 3D printer.

The m-tec® flow-matic printing and spraying heads come in an elegant design and are available in three configurable variants, offering flexible and quick reconfiguration.

The new m-tec® flow-matic PX provides you with a forwardlooking solution for automation applications involving multicomponent materials, such as in 3D concrete printing. Areas of application: Processing of multi-component materials in 3D concrete printing and other automation applications. 

Scope of delivery: The m-tec® flow-matic PX system head can be operated as a stand-alone version with a frequency converter or alternatively as a complete solution with a control unit including a dosing system.

Options: Various mixing shafts are available for the flow-matic PX system head, designed to suit the respective grain sizes of the material up to maximum 4 mm.
