m-tec Silo Mixing Pumps: The Powerhouses for Your Construction Projects
the "big brothers" of mixing pumps
Silo mixing pumps
The m-tec® silo mixing pumps, also known as the "big brothers" of mixing pumps, are specifically designed for silo feeding. These continuously operating machines are ideal for mixing and pumping pumpable dry mortars. The dry mortar is fed directly from the silo into the mixing pump’s hopper, where a transport screw conveys the material into the mixing tube. There, a mixing auger, with the added water, transforms the material into a ready-to-use mortar.
Key feature of the SMP:
Our silo mixing pump SMP is distinguished by its patented dual mixing system. In this process, the dry material is first sprinkled into a water bath in the horizontal section for pre-mixing before it moves into the mixing tube. This additional mixing stage ensures a more homogeneous mortar mix and optimal integration of additives.
Conveying system:
Beneath the mixing auger, the material is transported through a feed screw, consisting of a rotor (screw) and a stator (screw casing), into the plaster hoses. The pump's conveying capacity can be precisely adjusted by selecting the appropriate transport screw and stator.
Efficiency through combination:
The combination of m-tec® silo mixing pumps and m-tec® silos provides the optimal solution for storing and mixing dry mortar products on-site. This system solution guarantees not only excellent mortar quality but also long conveying distances and efficient work processes.
