The m-tec M300 - goes from strength to strength!
08.02.2009The main focus for the development of the M300 was to create a machine that was easy to clean and to operate whilst still achieving high quality mixing and last but not least of all offer our customers outstanding value for money. The result is a mixing pump, which exceeds all of its design goals.
Until today, single stage mixers have been needed for both the dosing and the mixing processes. Now, the M300 can concentrate entirely on the actual task of pumping.
This is made possible by our single chamber mixing utilizing the wet sump principle, which provides a particularly high-quality mix of the materials. In addition this technology guarantees a steady consistency in the mixing chamber, thereby eliminating thick-thin fluctuations.
The easy cleaning of the PU components is also a significant advantage. Caked-on material is a thing of the past, substantially increasing the lifetime of the pump and mixing shaft at the same time.
However it is the attention to the detail which makes all the different. Like the larger wheels for effortless manoeuvrability. Designed so that it can be disassembled with a plasters hatchet, ensuring ease of storage or transport by small van. For markets with only a few three-phase-connections reduced power requirements to allow smaller generators 10 KVA to be used.
Two operating switches makes it easy to use especially for those new to machine application. Lifting eyes which allows it to be transported anywhere it is required on the job site.
