PumpTruck PT - For independent success!

The vehicle technology behind m-tec PT, consisting of a truck or trailer assembly, has been designed for the economical and flexible introduction of floor screeds, flowing screeds, and foamed cements to buildings. With this combination of silo and mixer, the user can plan the entire range of his own building site logistics. This helps to prevent unnecessary logistics costs and to raise working efficiency.

The silo hopper and all of the installations on the pump truck are mounted as standard on a twistlock container. The assembly can therefore be mounted easily on a four axle chassis or a semitrailer.

The assemblies are available in the versions PT-FE (flowing screed), PT-SD (sand cement), and PT-FC (foamed cement).

The pump truck assemblies have been designed specifically for the needs of the screeder. All three pump truck versions are fitted with a generator that supplies the units completely independently of the mains. All assemblies are fitted with a water tank that is configured individually to the application and compensates for any fluctuations in the water supply. These vehicles meet the modern construction worlds exacting requirements. With well over a hundred vehicles working throughout Europe the commercial argument has already been won. Testifying to their outstanding functionality and m-tec commitment
to it's customers.

By affixing his company logo to the PT assembly, the user actively promotes his presence on the sector and advances his company towards an independent "brand".

With this system m-tec has once again demonstrated its deep seated intuition for intelligent vehicle and machine technology for the building site.

PT: advantages

EasyWorkEasy Work

Supported by fully automated dosing, the user can be sure that the mixing ratio remains constant at every stage of the process.

EasyLoad

The PT-FC and PT-FE versions of the silo can be charged either directly under the loading station or from a pressure tanker. The PT-SD variant (sand silo) can be charged with a conveyor belt, a dosing screw, or, alternatively, a wheel loader. The cement silo is likewise charged under air pressure.

EasyUse

All three versions are fitted with radio remote control. The user can therefore operate the system directly on site.

EasyConcept

The twistlock system allows the user to replace the assemblies with ease. This means that he can transport all three assembly variants with only the one semitrailer chassis.
