modul-K – the insulating unit.

modul-K has been specially adapted to requirements when working with external insulating systems, as well as basic renders and decorative renders. The modular design unites the excellent blending of mixer D10 with the high-performance P25 pump. Together with a variety of shutoff functions, it forms a complete, fully coordinated unit. The mixer and pump modules can also be used separately, hugely increasing the area of application.
In addition to the processing of classic dry mortar products with granularity of up to 4 mm, mixer D10 is also specially developed for fine-grained products with a high proportion of synthetic material, such as adhesives, bedding and levelling compounds or dry synthetic, silicate or silicon renders. In order to cope with this wide range of products, this mixer uses our patented mixing principle, ensuring the best possible blending of the material. The use of PU components, in the mixing chamber for example, also reduces the effort required for cleaning purposes. In addition, these modern building materials increase service life and eliminate any chance of corrosion.

Pump P25 has a powerful 5.5kW motor. Together with the frequency converter installed as standard, this provides the necessary drive. In addition, this also enables output to be regulated continuously, so that  it can be adjusted to the various products. Naturally the P25 has connections for operation with a compressor and for fully automatic feeding from the D10 mixer. Electronic hose pressure control and cut-off are available as an option. The non-rusting stainless steel material container can be cleaned quickly and has a long service life. This can also be dismantled with ease.

As is typical of all m-tec systems, the two machines have easy and quick to use connector systems that enable important elements, such as the material container or screw pump, to be replaced in just a few seconds.

Our patented mixing principle:
modul-K can process all standard and enriched dry mortar products up to a granularity of 4 mm. The technical highlight of the modul-K is the transfer of material  from the dosing area to the mixing area: the water is no longer sprayed onto the material as in the past, but instead the material is dosed according to a patented mixing principle, scattered into a tank of water and mixed. The result: the construction materials are blended even more finely and the aggregates take full effect. This all guarantees top-class processing of the materials.
