The machine was developed and optimized for processing masonry mortars and floor screeds. Thereby the compound as well as the sand dosed in the heart of the system: the twochamber- mixer! In this mixer sand and compound are mixed in a defined amount with water. Due to the constant ratio of water, compound and sand, best mortar is produced constantly.

The perfect mixture is guaranteed by the use of up-to-date polyurethane parts at the mixing tube and by the adjustable mixing wings. But to obtain the label “m-tec” our engineers combined this mixing technique with a very easy cleaning procedure. Also all of the outer steel parts are galvanized consequently – so this machine also joins the league of our EasyClean-machineries.

To ensure an easy handling the system is equipped with the well known flowchart control. Thereby the whole machine unit can be controlled by push buttons. As is typical to all m-tec systems the modul-twin has easy to use opening systems like at the mixing tube. A major advantage at the building site.

Optionally the modul-twin can be equipped with a powerful pump to forward the mixed material to the field of application. For this the pump P50 is mounted on a special frame at the silo. This enables a perfect handling at the building site. The pump itself is made of easy to clean stainless steel parts as well as galvanized parts and has a powerful drive engine. Furthermore the output can be adjusted by a frequency inverter.
