FC300 – Die revolutionäre Lösung für Bodensysteme!

With its revolutionary technology, the M300 marks the start of a new generation of mixing pumps. Pumps have long been used as dosers and mixers too, but the M300 can finally concentrate on its core function: pumping. The “trick” with this new technology is our patented mixing principle, which allows the material to be blended perfectly and also ensures permanent consistency of the material.

Thanks to this special mixing principle, the M300 is also ideally suited to producing cement self-levelling floor screeds or concrete sludge. As a result, the M300, combined with the FC300 foamer, is the ideal solution for flooring systems based on porous concrete and self-levelling floor screed.

The innovation of this ingenious and patented solution is the position of the foamer. This is fixed directly onto the appropriate level ensuring that the foam retains its excellent characteristics until use.

The clear layout of the controls and the conscious avoidance of superfluous switches make for very easy operation for the user. By accessing the different production parameters, it is also possible to adjust the M300 + FC300 system quickly to the different types of cement and additives. This means the cement dosing and desired quality can be set very simply.

The large wheels mounted on both systems mean that they can be transported easily. The M300 and FC300 can also be moved about the building site with ease using a crane. If there is no crane available, both machines can be dismantled into light components in just a few simple steps. As some types of additives accelerate corrosion, the frame elements of the foamer are made of stainless steel. This guarantees the best possible protection against corrosion.

Our patented mixing system:

The M300 can process all standard dry mortar products up to grain size of four millimetres. The technical highlight of the M300 is the material feeding from the doser into the mixing area: the water is not sprayed onto the material like before, but the material is dosed according to a patented mixing principle, fed into a water bath and mixed.

The result: even finer mixed materials and full impact of the additives. This all guarantees top-class processing of the materials.
